Photo & Video Release

The Montauk Beach House is a hospitality, dining and entertainment property where photography and video recording may occur from time to time.

Photography and filming may take place in public and common areas of the property, including our pools, outdoor spaces, bar and dining areas, lobby and event spaces. This may include photography or video captured by The Montauk Beach House, event organizers, photographers, videographers, media partners or other authorized representatives.

We want our guests to feel comfortable while visiting us. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify a member of our staff, the front desk, an event manager or the photographer when you arrive. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing or using your image in an identifiable manner.

Incidental or background appearances in photographs or recordings of crowds, events or general property activity may occur.

Where required by applicable law, The Montauk Beach House will obtain appropriate consent before using an identifiable guest's name, image, likeness or voice for advertising or promotional purposes.

Certain ticketed events, private events, productions, photo shoots or other activities may be subject to a separate photo and video release presented during ticket purchase, registration or participation. Where such a release has been affirmatively accepted, its terms will govern.

For minors, appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian will be obtained where required.

This notice relates to promotional photography and filming and does not apply to security or surveillance systems maintained for the safety and security of our guests, employees and property.
