Hotel Quiet Time: Weekdays 9PM to 9AM – Weekends 10PM – 9AM. Fire Pits and service stops at 10PM. Please refrain from large congregations or loud noises past these times.
Room Regulations
No Parties in Guest Rooms at Any Time. Maximum of 4 guests in any room. Unregistered guests must leave by 9PM on weekdays and 10PM on weekends. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property.
Pets & Animals
ADA approved service animals must be with their owner and on a leash unless disability prevents it.
Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages are not allowed in common areas or the pool at any time.
Music & Privacy
Personal music devices should be connected to headphones and not audible to other guests. Please respect others' right to quiet enjoyment.

Deposit & Payments
Reservations – excluding the “BEST AVAILABLE RATE” require a 50% deposit and can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund of the deposit. *(best available rate reservations requires a 100% non-refundable payment and it is excluded from this 14-day cancellation policy).
Reservation Changes
All changes to reservations must be submitted in writing via email. No shows, late arrivals, and early departures are non-refundable.
Age & Occupancy
The reservation holder must be 23 years or older and present at check-in. Maximum occupancy varies by room type: King Bed (2), Double Queen Bed (4), Bungalow (6).
Pet Policy
Pet-friendly rooms available for pets under 50 lbs with a $200/stay fee. Limited availability in our Whitewater Garden room category.
Non-Smoking Policy
All our rooms are non-smoking & non-vaping. Non-compliance to those rules will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
Drugs & Conduct
Possession or consumption of illegal drugs is not allowed. The hotel retains the right to refuse service and require guests who disturb others to leave at any time.
Reservation Terms
By booking, you agree to abide by our policies. In case of a credit card dispute, these policies take precedence. Rescheduling may be possible with two weeks’ notice, maintaining the same number of nights and room category, subject to availability.
